      We are looking for a CTA Test Engineer reporting to the CTA Project Manager.

      YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

      • Plan, schedule, carry out and monitor tests requested by our customers.

      • Participate in the drafting of service offers and the follow-up of time spent on each project.

      • Assist customers in the development of test plans, and assume responsibility for the technical aspects of all work required to complete their projects.

      • Guide the work of technicians and project managers to meet objectives.

      • Develop equipment and program specialized test systems, particularly in the fields of mechanical testing, vehicle electrification, battery testing and dynamometer testing of transmissions and internal combustion engines.

      • Maintain a technology watch for the methods, instruments and software used in its field of activity, and ensure continuous improvement of the methods it develops.

      • Coordinate mechanical and civil building improvement projects and maintenance requirements.

      YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

      • You have a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or you demonstrate exceptional skills in the relevant fields.

      • You are able to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

      • 10 to 15 years' experience in product or test bench development.

      • You have the ability to work in a project start-up environment with objectives in the process of being defined.

      • Creative and innovative.

      • You have experience with test bench equipment or test materials.

      • Experience in infrastructure project management (asset).
