- Collaborate with the software development team to execute tests ensuring machines and robots function as intended.
- Follow test logs and instructions to perform tests, ranging from simple movements to advanced functions.
- Record and report test data accurately to the test manager and software development team.
- Conduct tests methodically to validate machine performance, documenting results comprehensively.
- Communicate findings effectively through written and verbal channels, using tools such as Excel and other software on a workstation.
- Proficiency in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Hands-on experience with electronics or electro-mechanical equipment.
- B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in robotics, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Aptitude for learning and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in hobbies outside of work.

Job Description
The Test Engineer will conduct manual tests on robots to ensure they perform tasks as required before entering the manufacturing phase. This role requires a combination of electrical and mechanical expertise, the ability to read testing documents, and a keen attention to detail.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, in a modern office space equipped with a full kitchen, offices, a ping pong table, and a large test warehouse for robots. Work is primarily conducted in an electronics/quality lab, with potential floor testing. The environment is relaxed, allowing casual attire such as T-shirts and jeans. Employees enjoy catered lunches daily, a flexible schedule, and the option to bring dogs to the office. Each employee can select their own desk chair and receives company swag on the first day, including shirts, sweatshirts, and jackets.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
