Job Description

La Mesa EOS Test Engineer will be required to support electronics testing in a high volume DOD/MIL production environment. The task will entail coordination with multiple Lockheed Martin sites on test equipment development, test procedure development, test equipment maintenance and debug. The La Mesa Test Engineer will be the first line troubleshooter of HP 3070, PXI, Eclypse, DITMCO, and manual test equipment. Test Engineer will be required to coordinate all procedural and software changes with LM staff. -Analyze data to resolve complex problems
-Communication skills (written & verbal) to communicate with the team and Management
-Automated Test Methods
-Technical Writing for Procedures (test & troubleshooting)
-Electrical systems troubleshooting skills
-Knowledgeable in programming (C, LabView)
-Familiar with DOD / Mil Test specifications and documentation requirements
-Self Starter (minimum supervision)
-Training staff on new test procedures, hardware and test equipment.
-Must be willing to travel to La Mesa, Tijuana Mexico approx. 3-4 times per week or as needed
-Must be able to obtain an active Sentri/Global Entry -Familiar with IFS application
-Statistical analysis of test data to document trending and make predictive corrects to avoid failures
-Familiar with test instrumentation/environmental testing for thermal and vibration environments.
