- Operate the key test facilities under the guidance of your Lead Engineer and customer parties
- Maintain the facilities in good working order conducting user maintenance activities and working with
- Support your Lead Engineer in the liaison with customers to derive complete technical test requirements,
- Operation of facilities, and support all processes to defined H&S and other auditable requirements to ISO
- Monitor and work with team to tranfer knowledge to new team associates when required, deliver
- Core accountability of physical operation and upkeep of the associated facility is held by this position
- Experience in operational use of AVL SCADA, PUMA, CAMEO & ETAS INCA, as applied to a manual and
- Power Electronic data measurement and initial quality evaluation, both in e-machine and inverter test
- Experience in rig/laboratory based technical test and evaluation processes in the field of Power Electronic
- HEV, BEV power electronic efficiency test processes
- Desire to further develop your own and your teams technical understanding in the field
- Ability to explain test methodologies and facility capabilities
- A good understanding of laboratory equipment capability and flexibility
- Good activity execution skills
- Ability to communicate and influence at operational level
- Experience working in and technically contributing within a Power Electronic engineering environment

WHAT TO EXPECT
This role is a key to enabling the laboratory and supports the Lead Engineer for the ongoing operation of the current
and future Power Electronics laboratory capability, you will be in direct technical engagement with JLR, University
academia and 3rd party engineering teams supporting your Lead Engineer in the understanding of test requirements in
detail. As part of that team your role will be the operation of test cells and the necessary physical activity of
preparation of sample for test, including but not limited to the installation and instrumentation of the unit under test.
We will be working collaboratively and in conjunction with the laboratory customer.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
