      Req#: 658388BR
      Manages the design, development, and implementation of testing methods and equipment. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.

      This is a first-line management role. Specific assignment will be determined based on business needs. --Formal leadership experience
      --Familiarity with technical concepts in product test/operations teams
      --Ability to lead teams to achieve deliverables on challenging, complex programs
      --Experience with front-end or development programs --genBOE experience
      --Product test technical knowledge and proficiency
      --Experience leading product test teams
      --Experience leading operations teams
      --Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
      --Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with multiple functional leads
      --Customer-facing experience
