      Job Summary

      To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Test Technician – High Voltage High Power located in Milpitas, CA.

      Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Test Technician – High Voltage High Power will be responsible for conducts, tests and troubleshoots electronic product, components and systems to ensure production quality standards are met.

      What a typical day looks like:

      • Develops, maintains and improves all test and burn-in processes within area of responsibility.
      • Periodically reviews all process specifications to determine if it accurately reflect the process requirements and test techniques. Updates the specifications as required.
      • Ensures that test and burn-in processes are within all safety specifications.
      • Consistently reviews quality yields and develops corrective actions to eliminate any yield detractors, further improves the process reliability.
      • Assists with the fabrication and development of new equipment, fixtures and test programs (where applicable).
      • Ensures that effective preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and daily measurement schedules are in place for each test and burn-in process.
      • Coordinates preventive maintenance activities. Ensures that scheduled preventive maintenance activities are completed according to the specified schedule.

      The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

      • Associates degree, military technical training or equivalent experience and training.
      • Experience in high voltage, high power (HVHP) electrical manufacturing industrials with strong abilities in product debug/FA.
      • Strong hand-on skills to work on production supports, including testing and debugging
      • Ability to use Microsoft office apps, can describe what happen in production with technical issues and problems,
      • Have enough ability to communicate with engineers and customer with either writing and verbal ways.
      • Being an important team player with collaborative attitudes, willing to coach and mentor other team menders.
