      Join us as a Testing Associate to lead User Acceptance Testing for Securities Services, driving strategic and client-focused change.

      As a Testing Associate in the Cross Product Change Services Team, you will be responsible for executing End-to-End User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Securities Services. You will work in a cross-functional, project-based environment and be involved in large-scale transformation programs. You will gain exposure to multiple deliverables for our business partners, driven by strategic, operational, regulatory, and client change agendas.

      Job responsibilities:

      • Understands business and functional change requirements.
      • Designs and develops test plans and scenarios.
      • Identifies test data requirements.
      • Applies both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies and adapts to work with evolving practices.
      • Provides effective test validation services across test planning (including estimations), test execution, and defect tracking/management.
      • Partners with the Quality Assurance Technology team to build and enhance available automation tools to drive execution efficiency.
      • Records, organizes, and tracks test evidence in the HP Application Lifecycle Management tool and/or JIRA.
      • Ensures timely and accurate reporting on projects across stakeholders in Product, Operations, and Technology.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Knowledge of the change implementation process and/or a background in UAT/QA test execution.
      • Experience or knowledge of Securities Services LOB and/or SWIFT MT54X series messaging.
      • Strong project management skills, with an understanding of the full life cycle of a change project.
      • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
      • Self-starter able to work independently as part of an integrated team.
      • Critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Functional knowledge of trade settlements, processing, and market would also be an advantage.
