      Description

      Summary

      This position is responsible for administrative, professional and clerical functions, including organization and maintenance of records. The FAA Test Proctor tests for FAA exams through PSI, while maintaining compliance with all PSI and FAA regulations.

      Essential Functions

      • Proctor FAA exams using the PSI computerized software.
      • Maintain compliance with all FAA and PSI regulations.
      • Accurate pre-test processing and validation of test applicants.
      • Adherence to FAA and PSI procedures when proctoring a test.
      • Able to respond to FAA questions and inquires.
      • Assist Campus Management staff with supply orders and material requisitions.
      • Assist Career Services dept. with promoting student testing/licensing.
      • Maintaining the learning’s common at the level of acceptance for state and accrediting agencies.
      • Researching and responding to student, faculty and administrative requests for information.
      • Maintaining updated knowledge of U.S. Copyright Law.
      • Performs other incidental duties as assigned.

      Knowledge / Skills:

      • Must have knowledge of FAA Order, Chapter 4
      • Must complete PSI computerized testing software when hired
      • Working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases and word processing software
      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Strong attention to detail

      Qualifications


      Education and Work Experience

      • High School diploma or GED required
      • Associate degree preferred
      • 2+ years of professional experience in customer service
