      A leading juice manufacturing is seeking a skilled Tetra Pak Operator to join their 3rd shift production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining Tetra Pak filling and capping equipment, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of a variety of juice products. The ideal candidate would have experience working with tetra pak automated filling machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
      Tetra Pak Operator Job Duties:
      • Operate Tetra Pak filling and capping equipment efficiently to meet production targets.
      • Monitor the filling process to ensure accuracy, product consistency, and quality standards.
      • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Tetra Pak machines to minimize downtime.
      • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure proper filling, sealing, and packaging.
      • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
      • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve operational issues.
      • Accurately complete production logs, reports, and documentation as required.
      • Assist with changeovers and clean-in-place (CIP) procedures for equipment sanitation.
      • Follow company HACCP and GMP protocols to maintain food safety compliance.
      Schedule: Varies – must be flexible.
      Monday - Friday or Tuesday- Friday

      • 7PM-7:30AM
      • 11PM - 7:30AM
      • Sometimes can be 12 hours shifts
      Tetra Pak Operator Qualifications:
      • 1-3 years of experience operating Tetra Pak or similar filling equipment in a beverage or food production environment.
      • Knowledge of machine mechanics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
      • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
      • Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation.
      • Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles is a plus.
      • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
      Pay: $20+ DOE
