- Operate Tetra Pak filling and capping equipment efficiently to meet production targets.
- Monitor the filling process to ensure accuracy, product consistency, and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Tetra Pak machines to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure proper filling, sealing, and packaging.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve operational issues.
- Accurately complete production logs, reports, and documentation as required.
- Assist with changeovers and clean-in-place (CIP) procedures for equipment sanitation.
- Follow company HACCP and GMP protocols to maintain food safety compliance.
- 7PM-7:30AM
- 11PM - 7:30AM
- Sometimes can be 12 hours shifts
- 1-3 years of experience operating Tetra Pak or similar filling equipment in a beverage or food production environment.
- Knowledge of machine mechanics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
