What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices
- Answer inbound calls and provide the best possible solutions to clients' complex issues
- Attend the Schwab Service Academy for paid training and obtain Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses
- Engage with clients and be their advocate throughout the service process
- Continuously learn and adapt to changes in the market and business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
- Growth mindset, willingness to learn, and a passion for serving others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous client relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited university
- Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
- Proven success navigating multiple computer applications
