Develop and achieve planned maintenance on equipment. Ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
Train maintenance staff to achieve cross functional expertise in machines, auxiliary equipment and automation.
Develop Standard work, help maintenance manager in continuous improvement of efficiency of the department.
Perform root cause analysis for unplanned downtime and institute resolutions to mitigate recurrence
Create, develop and update technical specifications for the equipment together with engineering team
Provide detailed technical reports about equipment status
Actively participate in HSE initiatives and promote electrical and mechanical safety.
Ensure tools, parts and work instructions are available for predicted and preventive repairs.
Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards
Proven track record of 5+ years in a maintenance or technical related role
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture
Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and automation
Some experience in manufacturing is preferred
Basic math skills and good use of logic
Excellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks
Motivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
