Job Description
- Req#: 95878
- Schedule meetings and coordinate events involving both internal and external clients
- Coordinate and maintain daily calendar and schedule of events for Executive Team
- Execute a variety of related administrative duties for various company events and projects
- Maintain filing system for confidential documents and reference materials
- Record, transcribe, and distribute correspondence
- Support and develop staff at reception and other administrative support staff
- Oversee office management practices and implement improvements where necessary
- Monitor, respond to and share information from various stakeholders as appropriate in a timely manner
- Provide professional and efficient service to internal and external clients by responding to requests and redirecting inquires beyond own scope of expertise to maintain high levels of customer service

Post secondary diploma with 3+ years’ relevant experience supporting executives

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, SharePoint, MS Outlook

Ability to balance stakeholders, prioritize and deliver within deadlines

Strong attention to detail

The Executive Assistant leads our administrative support staff to deliver top notch support to our Executive Team. Our ideal candidate must be an expert at delegation and organization with experience in handling sensitive and highly confidential information.
