      Theatre Practitioner / ODP (RGN / ODP)

      Nuffield Health Oxford, The Manor Hospital Oxford | Nursing | Bank Contract | Part time |

      Up to £29.50 per hour, depending on experience

      As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP in Theatres at The Oxford Manor Hospital, you’ll be registered with the appropriate governing body. You have the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. Plus, you bring post-registration experience, a dynamic skill set, an excellent communicator and team player.

      As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP in the Theatre department, you will:

      • Be apart part of our close-knit multidisciplinary team.

      • Work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals who respect and value what you bring.

      • Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.

      • Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.

      • Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based.

      • Interact well with colleagues on the ward, and within the department, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.

      As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP, you will have:

      • Vast post-registration experience in Orthopaedic, ENT or Ophthalmic scrub/SFA work. Have been working within a number for transitional specialties to help support a varying department.

      • Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC.

      • Undertaken additional courses pertaining to your skillset .

      • Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker.

      • Flexibility to be able to work evenings and Saturdays.
