- Individual, family, and group therapy.
- Assessment and treatment planning.
- Intensive service delivery.
- Crisis Intervention & safety planning.
- Work collaboratively with internal programs and external stakeholders.
- Participate in professional development activities including supervision, consultation, and training.
- Promote wellness and recovery in all aspects of service delivery.
- Documentation in electronic health record.
- Clearances. State Police; FBI clearance; child abuse clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training; any additional background checks/clearances required by state governing bodies.
- Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
- Physical Demands. Requires vision, speech, and hearing. Position allows employee to move about freely or sit at will when performing job duties.
- Environmental Factors. Office, home, community.
- Working Hours. Non-traditional hours as determined by the program, including some evening hours and occasional weekends and on-call duties.

Position Summary
The Therapist will provide individual, family and group therapy to individual youth in office and home/community settings. Individual will work closely with Certified Peer Specialist, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor and the Service Coordinator (Mobile Transition Age Youth (MTAY) Treatment Team). The therapist will use evidence- based practices and assessment tools designed specifically for transition age youth.
