      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a regional expert in Venus Thromboembolism (VTE) care path, optimizing education programs for healthcare providers
      - Develop and execute educational strategies and clinical program development plans
      - Manage account education initiatives and communicate effectively with regional sales teams
      - Organize and execute local/regional tradeshows and conferences to raise therapy awareness
      - Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders in the assigned region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program development and quality initiatives in the hospital or medical device field
      - BSN/RN with experience in relevant clinical settings such as ED, ICU, or Pulmonology is highly preferred
      - 3+ years of experience in program development and business-to-business (B2B) or field marketing
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and executing strategic customer initiatives
      - Program Management experience, particularly in LEAN Sigma
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
      - Willingness to conduct business outside standard work hours
      - Strong analytical skills to evaluate regional activities and identify new opportunities
