We are looking for a highly motivated Thermal Design and Validation Engineer to join this dynamic team to support the next generation of products and thermal solutions. As a member of Silicon Solutions Team you will support the sophisticated thermal demands arising from chip bring up to productization. Your contribution to new thermal solutions is essential, so that as a company we can anticipate and enable revolutionary products.

      What you will be doing:

      • Contribute to the development of innovative cooling solutions to address the challenging needs of Silicon Solutions Team responsible to qualify very high power GPUs.

      • Develop single phase and 2 phase thermal solutions, including prototype by working with reputed external thermal engineering companies.

      • Collect internal HW engineering requirements, work with board designers, propose and implement solutions. Perform or review simulations if needed

      • Validate electro-mechanical and thermal devices in the lab on silicon chips, integrate with SW

      • Design mechanical and thermal accessories for existing and future infrastructure

      • Research and understand the trends in the thermal engineering world to influence thermal testing including cost, efficiency and ease of use

      • Overall manage the complete thermal solution working with vendor to deliver from concept to lab

      What we need to see:

      • B.Tech/M.Tech degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering or related streams with a strong thermal background

      • Strong understanding of thermal management principles and fluid dynamics

      • In-depth knowledge of sophisticated cooling solutions, high heat flux problems

      • Outstanding communication and program management skills

      • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating and modifying 3D models of electronic components and cooling systems

      • Basic electrical and software knowledge, exposure to PCB and ICs
