Job Description

- Speak with boards, C-level executives, risk and compliance teams, and TPRM practitioners to articulate the value of our solution and help drive customer success and adoption
- Act as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on third-party risk management across sales, marketing, and customer success efforts
- Represent HITRUST in customer meetings, executive briefings, webinars, and industry events
- Maintain a deep understanding of TPRM trends, frameworks, and regulatory expectations across industries
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market trends and customer conversations
- Build trusted advisor relationships across a variety of enterprise stakeholders
- 7+ years of experience in third-party risk management, vendor risk, or enterprise risk consulting
- Strong customer-facing experience, ideally in sales, business development, or advisory roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with third-party risk technologies and regulatory environments
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25%
- Familiarity with HITRUST CSF or another security framework methodology, such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, etc.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B
- Recognized industry presence (e.g. speaker at conferences, published content, etc.)

This role combines subject matter expertise, strategic consulting, and executive-level communications to influence buying decisions, build thought leadership, and support our go-to-market efforts.
