  About the role/project:

  ThoughtSpot Architect will be responsible for supporting, adapting and working closely with other architects, teams and business to help us make a shift from Traditional BI to Conversational BI. Associate will be developing processes, establishing and configuring environments, creating dashboards in ThoughtSpot and Support business Decision Process, Building SQL Queries, Create TML files, TQL Scripts to load data in Thoughtspot and will also be responsible for creating data models for BI/Analytics needs that will help the customer answer business questions for the identified use case.
  
  

  Responsibilities:

  • Support divisional shift to Conversational BI, manage user training, drive short & long-term adoption by fostering a community to enable cross-division collaboration and knowledge sharing,
  • Conduct PoCs/ pilots to demonstrate the value and capabilities of augmented analytics, gathering feedback to refine the art of the possible,
  • Provide support for ThoughtSpot infrastructure and warehouse setup, explore platform capabilities and enhancements, establish connectivity to data plaforms,
  • Enhance governance and processes for core CoE responsibilities,
  • Contribute to the roadmap for scaling the platform across divisions (use cases, training strategy, adoption),
  • Accelerate use case implementation by providing templates, configuration support, deployment guidance, and best practices for seamless execution,
  • Aid in configuring use cases through views, worksheets and liveboards, and review them with business stakeholders,
  • Work with other platform teams on ThoughtSpot integrations, conduct technical PoCs,
  • Serve as a ThoughtSpot subject matter experts across the enterprise,
  • Document the technical patterns and solutions,
  • Ensures adherence to SDLC and compliance standards,
  • Designs solutions that can scale to accomodate growing data volumes and increased system complexity,
  • Implementing Data Level Security in Thoughtspot,
  • Data Integration through ThoughtSpot,
  • Design relevant ThoughtSpot artifacts (worksheets, searches and pinboards) that will help drive desired end-user experience,
  • Deliver successful end-to-end technical architecture to meet client's business objectives and BI/Analytics requirements,
  • Design and implement processes, tools, and strategies for exceptional customer experiences,
  • Analyze customer data and provide recommendations for improvement,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
    
    

  Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Experience with ToughtSpot Architecture & Artifacts,
  • Hands-on experience on Search, Analytics, SpotIQ and AI-Driven Analytics using ThoughtSpot,
  • Experience with Data Modeling,
  • Strong SQL Skills,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

  Nice to have:

  • Power BI,
  • Python,
