Job Description
- Req#: THREA002093
- Setup and perform the saw (cut-off) operations along with troubleshooting
- Setup and perform swage (expanding/mandrel) operations along with troubleshooting
- Preparation of swage samples
- Setup and perform stress relief operations for, phosphate/titration, sandblast, buck-on procedures.
- Perform visual inspections (identifying damage & burrs; blowing pipe out to ensure there are no plugs and shavings)
- Perform deburr operations, if applicable
- Perform end-drifting with understanding of requirements of MOP082& 151
- Perform the daily check offs of the crane and forklifts (if applicable)
- Maintaining traceability (i.e., stencils, unique number, documentation)
- Perform all marking and stenciling requirements
- Set up the auto doping of the coupling and the auto pre screw on of the coupling
- Perform preventative maintenance/required CCL (clean, check & lubricate)
- Previous experience in pipe threading manufacturing preferred
- Must demonstrate how to read and reference work orders (MPS)
- Understand Basic Math Skills (i.e., addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions)
- Read and reference work orders (MPS)
- Locating, reading and understanding the quality systems procedures (MOPs)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in pipe threading manufacturing preferred
