- Answer sales and customer service phone calls in the ticket services center. For remote work from home days, a distraction free working space is expected.
- Provide in-person sales and customer service support at venue box offices (on campus and off) on performance days.
- Communicate effectively and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Uphold customer service policies and procedures.
- Process ticket orders and handle cash, checks and credit cards; balance ticketing batches.
- Accurately enter patron information into the Tessitura ticketing system.
- Maintain a customer service focus and professional demeanor.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
- High school graduate with solid basic math skills.
- Strong communication skills a must; both over the phone and in person.
- Box office, ticketing, retail, call center, customer service or similar work experience.
- Computer skills; including typing, navigating websites, utilizing multiple windows/tabs, and using e-mail.
- Excellent verbal and listening skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Reliability, timeliness, and ability to complete assigned tasks.
- Tessitura ticketing system knowledge a plus.
- Bilingual skills a plus.

This position is the perfect fit for those passionate about the performing arts and serving patrons of the AT&T Performing Arts Center. We offer free covered parking and complimentary tickets to select performances! The position pays $15.00/hr.
Ticket services agents sell tickets to performances and provide customer service to fellow theatre-lovers. Scheduled call center shifts range from 4-5 hours while scheduled venue box office shifts range from 3-4 hours. We are seeking candidates who can work weekday/weekend call center shifts and weekend venue box office shifts. Agents can expect to work an average of 10-20 hours per week dependent on business needs and may be required to work onsite for all or part of their regularly scheduled workweek, subject to change.
