What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
- Collaborate with operational, technical, and education support teams to resolve end user issues in a timely manner
- Focus on achieving one-call resolution by addressing caller concerns and routing calls/tickets as necessary
- Troubleshoot and research issues to identify root causes and anticipate future problems
- Document all communications to determine next steps for resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service or call center experience
- Working knowledge of Apple products and operating systems
- Familiarity with Windows products, operating systems, and basic functions
- Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues, including internet connectivity and software installation
- Working knowledge of other software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe, is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in a technical support role
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for a variety of software and hardware issues
- Knowledge of online platforms and course-related materials relevant to education
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
