Job Summary
- Provide informed and objective responses to complex concerns regarding eligibility guidelines, policies, and access to care issues.
- Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts.
- Process workflow documents, including income and identity verification.
- Stay updated on policy and procedures related to state programs.
- Integrate new knowledge with resource materials to address client concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience.
