      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent English grammar skills
      - Availability of a minimum of 10 hours per week
      - Strong communication skills with empathy and understanding
      - Ability to utilize open-ended questions effectively
      - Zendesk experience is a plus
      - T2 experience is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer support or a similar role
      - Familiarity with digital entertainment industry
