What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technology onboarding experiences for new hires across all businesses
- Offer guidance and information on training to candidates and hiring managers via phone and email
- Resolve questions and issues impacting the completion of the onboarding process
- Serve as a member of the support desk for the user community
- Assist in the Onboarding Command Center (OCC) as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems or computer science preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a support role; 3 to 5 years preferred
- Experience in an IT support role within a 3,000+ user environment is required
- Broad, in-depth experience in a Windows environment, VDI, and basic networking skills are required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
