      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide an excellent technology onboarding experience for new hires across all businesses
      - Offer onboarding guidance and information on training to candidates and hiring managers via phone and email
      - Promptly resolve questions and issues that impact the completion of the onboarding process
      - Support the user community as a member of the support desk
      - Assist in the Onboarding Command Center (OCC) as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A bachelor’s degree in management information systems or computer science preferred
      - Minimum of 2-3 years in a support role; 3 to 5 years preferred
      - Experience in an IT support role within a 3,000+ user environment is required
      - Broad, in-depth experience in a Windows environment, VDI, and basic networking skills are required
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
      - Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
