What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide remote system administration support for Windows/Unix workstations
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop problems and service requests remotely
- Perform software installations using tools such as SMS, Remote Desktop Connection, and Active Directory
- Complete training program to enhance technical skills
- Maintain system maintenance and operation of workstations

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in diverse operating systems, including Windows XP
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, Remedy experience is a plus
- Proficiency in computer hardware architecture
- Strong software installation and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Office Applications, Active Directory, and Network/Internet Applications and Protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Professional certifications such as A+/Net+
- Previous experience with Remedy ticketing system
- Knowledge of cyber security best practices
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms
