What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track and report on operational and service level metrics
- Provide Tier 1 Service Desk support and escalate to Tier 2 as necessary
- Implement improvement initiatives to streamline IT operations
- Record incidents, problems, and changes into the tracking system
- Provide timely and creative solutions to user problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of Service Desk experience
- Experience using Zendesk or other IT Ticket System
- Proficiency in Office 365/Windows operating system
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong analytical thinking and deductive reasoning skills
- Experience in using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role in the tech industry
