What does a Flooring Technician do?:

• Takes the appropriate steps to prepare various types of damaged tile or carpeted surfaces for repair and makes quality repairs in a timely manner.
• Accurately roughs in walls, floors and counters using hard board or cement board.
• Coaches new team members on processes and procedures when repairing or installing new flooring.

To be successful as a Flooring Technician, you'll need:

• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of various types of flooring and proper application techniques.
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in flooring installation/repairs preferred.
