Job Description

- To process weekly Time and Attendance records as part of a large payroll team
- Perform manual adjustments to employees time records
- Have a thorough understanding of all aspects of JLR payroll from start to finish
- Keep up to date with current and future legislation
- Understanding of Company Sick Pay procedures and processing of Medical Cover
- Experience with Timekeeping systems
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- To support and be a key member of the team in the deployment of CARS and Kronos time capture applications, with associated best practice procedures and controls
- To assist in producing documented procedures for all Timekeeping activities
- Availability to commute to various sites
- Deliver accurate and compliant payroll processing for a variety of complex terms, conditions and shift patterns
- Excellent customer service and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Contribute and empower process improvements
- Managing and maintaining clear and informative communication
- Experience of working in a large multi-site Payroll Department
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work as a ‘Team Player’

Processing Time & Attendance for the UK monthly and weekly payrolls for circa 30,000 employees, working collaboratively with the team and assisting with projects. Reporting to the Time & Attendance Supervisor, responsible for compliance of UK legislation and JLR policies. To assist in driving forward change and efficiencies to support business strategies.
