- Technical Support for Time and Pay Systems: Provide technical support for payroll and time and attendance systems, ensuring seamless operation and resolving issues. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot and implement solutions, maintaining system performance and reliability.
- Regional Responsibility: Support global operations with a core focus on the LATAM region, with primary responsibility on Brazil time and pay systems. Coordinate with regional teams to address system-related challenges and provide consistent support across different time zones.
- Vendor Agnostic Approach: Work with various payroll and time and attendance system providers to ensure optimal performance. Support different systems as needed, ensuring compatibility and efficiency without bias towards any specific vendor.
- Understanding End-to-End Employee Experience: Ensure systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of employees, from data entry to payroll processing and reporting. Understand the end-to-end employee experience related to payroll and workforce management.
- Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system operations and support. Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to optimize system performance.
The Time and Pay Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting Global Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) systems and solutions for The Sherwin-Williams Company, both operationally and during implementation. The analyst will work with global teams to facilitate a “follow the sun” support model and participate in various projects, including requirements definition workshops, design documentation, system configuration, data migration, testing, and end-user training. The ideal candidate will provide technical suggestions to optimize system performance, learn new technologies to support multiple solutions, and understand business problems to recommend effective solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
Preferred:
Dayforce certifications.
Required:
2+ years of payroll and wfm configuration and support experience in a high-volume payroll operation payroll experience.
Deep understanding of full time and pay lifecycle processes.
Experience in configuring time and pay systems.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred:
Experience with Dayforce and UKG systems.
