  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing day-to-day task-oriented activities
  - Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal peers for effective collaboration
  - Analyze client needs and provide high-quality service with timely responses
  - Develop and present materials for client meetings, articulating clear recommendations
  - Coach and assist team members, sharing knowledge and addressing capacity concerns
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of consulting or relevant corporate benefits experience, or 2 years of carrier life and disability experience
  - Strong knowledge of Life, Disability, and Voluntary benefit offerings, including plan designs and rate calculations
  - Ability to manage inquiries and tasks across multiple systems
  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with underwriting in life and disability benefits
  - Familiarity with case management systems, particularly for processing enrollment updates
  - Previous consulting experience within the Professional Employer Organization sector
  - Strong presentation skills and ability to customize materials for diverse audiences
  - Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
