      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Understand strategic Human Resources imperatives and collaborate with HR teams to document functional requirements and architect solutions in Workday
      - Identify and resolve technology-related issues in a timely manner
      - Conduct gap analysis and assess solution alternatives, identifying functional gaps, risks, benefits, and pros/cons
      - Design and lead test activities for integrations and configuration, documenting test scenarios and building test scripts
      - Lead HR systems release tasks, including validation of Workday production releases, regression testing, and analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Related university degree or diploma and a minimum of 7 years of techno-functional IT experience
      - Deep knowledge of Workday, integration design, time configuration and payroll, advanced configurations, and Workday Learning
      - Proficiency in business improvement tools and techniques, such as process mapping, analysis, design, and re-engineering
      - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to build trust and rapport in the workplace

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
