      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate customer requests via email, fax, and telephone, managing incoming correspondence
      - Manage various inventory reports and update existing inventory in operating systems
      - Maintain and develop client and attorney closing relationships
      - Monitor processes and resolve issues to ensure timely completion of tasks
      - Coordinate and confirm title clearance with title providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in escrow/title or curative lender role
      - Proficient in MS Office and excellent verbal/written communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role within the title and escrow industry
      - Familiarity with company and/or client operating systems
      - Demonstrated problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
      - Previous experience managing complex title issues
      - Knowledge of foreclosure sale deeds tracking
