    • Assist with acquiring and delivering program supplies to district campuses.

    • Be confidently able to continually persist through challenges, initiate sensitive to crucial conversations, and contribute positively to the image of ECISD.
    • Perform other duties as assigned with a high level of customer service skills; courtesy, patience, persistence, and diplomacy.

      Title III Clerk

      The position of a Title III Clerk is available immediately at East Central ISD. All individuals (district employees included) who are interested in this position must apply online through Frontline via the district website.       DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
      1. Organize, facilitate and conduct activities /events for parents, families and community to promote and support participation in their children's education (Title III).
      2. Attend local and state conferences, meetings, and workshops to acquire knowledge of research and evidence-based program practices to implement as appropriate within the district (Title III).

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
      Education/Certificate:
      High school diploma or GED
      Special Knowledge/Skills:
      Must possess excellent organizational skills.
      Must possess above average skills in the areas of typing and word processing.
      Must demonstrate excellent communication and professional skills set.
      Must possess acceptable computer proficiencies in PC platform with experience in using Microsoft Office
      Suite and Google Applications.
      Must perform duties with a minimum level of supervision.
      Spanish proficient (reading and writing)

      EQUIPMENT USED: Standard office equipment including computer and peripherals; standard instructional equipment

      WORKING CONDITIONS: Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Maintain emotional control under stress; work with frequent interruptions. Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting. Repetitive hand motions; frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching. Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds). May work prolonged or irregular hours. Normal office environment. Work inside and outside (exposure to sun, heat, cold and inclement weather). Travel to/from district departments, campuses, and local vendor/service agencies.

      PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT: 200 days-basis
      SALARY: Paraprofessional Pay Grade 302
