- May prepare documents for data entry and post information to agency records.
- May file and maintain agency records or information.
- May assemble, organize and prepare data for analysis.

- Performs related work as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited college, university, or technical school.
- Students recently graduated within the past 12 months are eligible to apply.
- Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
- Must have a minimum of 30 semester credit hours or more from an accredited college, university, or technical school.
- Applicants needed to work from home and must have or can secure high-speed internet access with a minimum speed of 20 MBPS download and 2 MBPS upload. Applicants may be required to provide confirmation from the area ISP.

Work Hours:

Our Internship program offers paid, temporary employment positions for students currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited college, university, or technical school. Selected candidates will be required to submit an official transcript to Human Resources for review prior to starting with the agency.
Internships for the fall 2024 period will begin no earlier than October 1, 2024, and end no later than December 18, 2024. Internships may be extended through May 31, 2025, pending the availability of funds.
The Texas Medical Board is seeking interns to perform entry-level professional work in the areas of finance, human resources, information technology, legal, licensing and permits, legislation/governmental affairs, communications, statistical analysis, staff services support, or enforcement/operational support.
General Description:
Performs highly complex (senior-level) business administrative support work. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

· Perform detail-orientated tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
