What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations for potential suspicious activities
- Write and/or file Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) based on investigation outcomes
- Analyze transaction activity and KYC information to support compliance efforts
- Document investigations thoroughly to ensure compliance with regulations
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements related to KYC and AML
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Word
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced organization
- Willingness to support a 24/7 operational environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certification in AML or Fraud (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, CFE)
- Proficiency in blockchain analysis tools (e.g., Chainalysis)
- Background in project management, analytics, or vendor management
- Advanced degree in business, finance, or customer experience (CX)
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Hummingbird, and Salesforce Service Cloud
