- Determines guest needs and suggests products to enhance service and meet sales goals.
- Assists guests in their menu selections and packages guest orders according to established recipes and outlet standards.
- Operates electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions; transports monies to and from the main Credit cage.
- Responsible for completing all day-to-day activities in work areas to maintain service, product quality, and cashiering responsibilities in a sanitary, safe, and effective manner.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience a plus.
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
- Ability to operate a P.O.S. System and/or adding machine and make change.
- Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
