- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and happy learning environment.
- 2+ years’ experience as a lead teacher within a childcare center.
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
- Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
