- Test tools/dies for specifications, making adjustments as needed
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts using various machine tools
- Inspect and verify parts for quality and precision
- Operate manual and CNC machinery for cutting, shaping, and drilling
- Design jigs, fixtures, and templates for efficient production
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace
- Run all toolroom equipment
- Experience with carbide dies
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills
- Effective communication across all organizational levels
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and new technologies

Position: Experienced Tool & Die Maker
Experience Needed: Certified Tool & Die Maker with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Preferred candidates will have 6+ years of experience, including lamination and carbide expertise, and lean manufacturing experience.
Pay: Hourly role with compensation between $63,000–$73,000 per year.

Shift: 1st shift (6AM - 2PM)
