- Perform injection mold maintenance, including disassembly, cleaning, insert changing, and basic repair.
- Maintain preventive maintenance records for tooling according to established procedures.
- Ensure tool readiness according to the production schedule.
- Recommend changes to part design, tool design, or equipment capability to achieve quality and cost requirements.
- Participate in corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain proper housekeeping practices and mold storage requirements.
- Communicate positively and in a team-oriented manner with company employees.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations, maintaining departmental housekeeping and standards.
- Experience with injection molding and tools.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment supporting injection molding production.
- Skills in mold design, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow to meet production requirements.
- Tool and die expertise.
- Blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Proficiency in CNC operations.
- Experience in die repair and machining.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
