      • Follow company procedures to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
      • Communicate with yard supervisors to prioritize cutting tasks.

      Experience Required:

      • 2+ years of experience using oxy-fuel cutting torches (preferred in a recycling, demolition, or industrial environment).

      Skills:

      • Strong knowledge of torch cutting techniques and metal types (e.g., ferrous vs non-ferrous).
      • Familiarity with safety procedures related to torch work and hot work permits.
      • Ability to recognize and assess metal quality, thickness, and cutting requirements.
      • Experience working outdoors in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
      • Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot torch equipment.

      • Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
      • Exposure to heat, sparks, smoke, and occasional loud noise.
      • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
