      YOUR ROLE
      Total Rewards Advisor leads compensation and benefits annual process and daily practices in Juarez sites, advice and support on various TR operational / Strategic activities and initiatives for the Mexico that are aligned with BRP’s corporate goals and total rewards philosophy.

      YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Support the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the salary reviews and incentive program for all employees of BRP’s Juarez operations
      • Participate and collaborate in corporate Total Rewards annual process such as annual salary increase, short term incentives, bonus & benefits.
      • Coordinate the market survey activities for Juarez, including data collection, organization and submission of data to external parties as well as data-analysis, presentation of results and recommendations, as appropriate.
      • Conduct various compensation-related analysis that may involve various data modeling scenarios and identifies cost impact of program recommendations
      • Participate in the analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process for both existing positions and newly created positions.
      • Modification of compensation related guidelines and procedures, as appropriate
      • Prepare and present labor costs, salary analysis and benefits structure by using metrics and models to understand current salary trends and predict future trends.
      • Support the delivery of new compensation related initiatives from project management to implementation while championing change through communication and education of initiative
      • Participate in the development of training programs
      • May provide support to other HR staff in data generation and report compilation as needed.
      • Performs other related duties, responsibilities, and qualifications as required and/or assigned.

      YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

      • Bilingual Spanish - English. Proficient level in English.
      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or Accounting option and a minimum (5) years of related Compensation or human resources, Finance Experience.Strong knowledge of Excel, and a very good knowledge of MS Office suite;
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English;
      • HR Area / Compensation Experience
      • Good communication and presentation skills.
      • Analytical skills, very good judgment, decision making, persuasion, people orientation.
      • High level of motivation and problem solving.
