      About You

      You will administer the compensation, benefit and performance management programs. Ensures that all associated processes are fully automated maximizing the functionality of the HRIS systems minimizing manual processing.

      Job Duties & Responsibilities

      Compensation:

      • Assists in the administration of compensation, bonus and incentive programs
      • Maintains the hourly and salaried pay structures in Human Resource/Payroll systems
      • Assists in the audit of compensation data to ensure accuracy

      Benefits:

      • Conducts new employee orientations covering compensation, benefits, and performance management
      • Ensures the accurate and timely enrollment into STIHL’s benefit programs
      • Assists in the set up and administration of the annual open enrollment process
      • Assists in the administration of STIHL’s leave programs

      Performance Management:

      • Assists in the administration of the hourly and salary performance review process

      Payroll:

      • Assists in the accurate and timely processing of payroll

      Generates reports for data used in analysis and decision making

      All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

      Specifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and UlltiPro
      • Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines
      • Accuracy and attention to detail
      • Minimal Travel
      • 3-5 years of preferred experience
