- Perform data management, retrieval, reporting and processing functions supporting the company's multifaceted total rewards processes, practices, and systems
- Analyze plan performance, produce reports and wrangle large amounts of disparate data
- Analyze and interpret claim, fee, and conditions data to determine present and future financial performance
- Understand multiple data sources and structures to maintain strong data infrastructure, bringing relevant data sources into a consolidated environment for more efficient data manipulation and relationship reporting
- Create queries using design techniques that ensure adherence to database development standards using a variety of applications
- Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, and summarize data to accommodate all stakeholder requests
- Assist with the strategy process for healthcare and financial benefits
- Document business requirements to ensure reports and processes are established correctly
- Support total reward leaders
- 3+ years working with relational databases and complex spreadsheets required
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile any identified conflicts, and categorize high-level information
- Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel required
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable across multiple systems and interfaces
- Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Travel not required
- Location of this position is at the Corporate campus in Springdale, AR
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science or a related degree
- Experience with a large, complex global employer
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform

The Total Rewards Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the leaders of compensation & benefits in the overall management of large and complex programs. This role will serve as a support for analytical initiatives and help manage benefit plan reporting.
