Support the administration of employee benefits, compensation programs, and leave of absence processes.

Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records in the HRIS system.

Help process and audit benefit enrollments, terminations, and life event changes.

Learn to manage benefit-related vendor communications (e.g., United Healthcare, BSwift, Prudential).

Support leave administration, including FMLA, short-term disability, and ADA accommodations.

Participate in the setup and logistics of Open Enrollment, including testing systems and preparing materials.

Assist with benefits invoicing, reconciliations, and payroll coordination.

Learn and support tracking of workers' compensation claims and OSHA reporting.

Help gather and analyze data for compensation reviews and market pricing studies.

Contribute to financial wellness and employee engagement events.

Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned by Total Rewards leadership.

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills both written and oral with a Customer Service

- Excellent listening skills and ability to demonstrate patience and a non-judgmental attitude when
dealing with people experiencing crises. - Extensive knowledge of the leave requirements and other legal protections afforded by the FMLA,
ADA, and other applicable laws. - Familiar with HR business processes in HR functions including end-to end processes for benefits
- Understanding of current U.S. laws and regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, etc.)
- Knowledge of BSwift and UKG Pro Benefit Administration preferred
- Ability to manage office-related stress, possess time management skills, and effective
communication. - Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Engage with Business Intelligence if more complex reporting is needed.
