      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth within assigned territories
      - Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with flooring contractors, architects, and general contractors
      - Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing product-related questions and resolving issues
      - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions on installation and usage of flooring accessories
      - Monitor customer feedback and manage relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or a related field preferred; high school diploma required
      - Minimum of 3-7 years of industry experience, focusing on technical products within the flooring or coatings industry
      - Strong understanding of resinous flooring systems and coatings, including protective and floor coatings
      - Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
      - Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to support business objectives
