      The Tour Receptionist will facilitate the guest tour flow using a prepared greeting. It is the responsibility of the Tour Receptionist to assist the sales and marketing teams as needed.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

      • Greet guest and ask qualifying questions necessary to arrive in system.
      • Light data entry and processing reports.
      • Communicate with management team of your arrivals.
      • Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
      QUALIFICATIONS
      • High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
      • Customer Service and/or hospitality experience preferred.
      • Basic office and phone skills are a must.
      • Must have reliable transportation.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and mainframe applications.
      • Must be process-oriented with attention to detail and the function of detail.
      • Excellent Customer Service skills.
      • Strong Oral Communication skills.
      • Strong Work Ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.
