  Unser Tochterunternehmen, die Hanseat Reisebüro GmbH, betreut seit Juni 2014 in Berlin die Reisenden namhafter internationaler Geschäftsreiseketten und Großunternehmen außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der jeweiligen Service Center .

  Zur Verstärkung unseres After-Hour-Team (Montag – Freitag 17.00 - 08.00 und Feiertage/ Feiertag rund um die Uhr) suchen wir in Vollzeit oder auch Teilzeit (mind. 30 h/Wo) :

  Reiseverkehrs- / Tourismus - bzw. Luftverkehrs kaufleute (m/w/d)

  Dein Profil:

  Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Reiseverkehrs- bzw. Tourismuskauffrau/- mann bzw. Luftverkehrskauffrau /-mann (m/w/d) un d ……

  • hast schon Erfahrung im Bereich Business Travel gesammelt ,

  • kannst mit IATA- Fachwissen übe rzeugen und bist fit in Amadeus ,

  • bist ein echter Teamplayer ,

  • kommst bevorzug aus dem Raum Berlin und Umland , aber auch deutschlandweit möglich

  • verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du stehst den Kunden in allen Belangen rund um die Geschäftsreise telefonisch sowie
    per E-Mail zur Verfügung .

  • Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, wenn es um ihre Flug-, Hotel-, Mietwagen- oder Bahnbuchung geht .

  • Du verantwortest die korrekte Reservierung, Umbuchung und Stornierung der Leistungen sowie Erstellung von Reisedokumenten .
