Job Role: Trackwise Consultant
Location: Pittsburg, PA OR Cleveland, OH
Duration: Fulltime
Role Description:
Drive development & implementation in TrackWise Quality Management Software to meet business process and application requirements.
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Configuration and Administration of TrackWise 9, 10.x.x version(s).
• Skilled in TrackWise Digital
• Knowledge on Crystal Reports 2016, 2020 (14.3.x)
• Skilled in developing TrackWise Web services and ability to connect with multiple third part systems such as SAP, LIMS etc.
• Conduct Functional and Technical review sessions.
Experience Required:
• Prior experience of working in a large-scale support and maintenance environment.
• Experience with Complaint Handling, CAPA, Audits, Deviations/Investigations implementation in TrackWise systems.
• Working knowledge on Crystal Reports.
• Good understanding of business concepts and experience as a developer in a GxP regulated environment.
• Understanding of Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Analyze requirements to recommend approaches for configuring and changing workflows
• Configure end-to-end workflows in TrackWise systems to meet requirements
• Development of TrackWise Web services
• Regular communication with clients/customers
Education:
• Degree/Diploma equivalent
• Sparta Certification or equivalent (Good to have)
