      Job Description:

      This is an internship opportunity with Intel's International Trade team based in Poland, supporting trade operations in the European region. In this role you will be part of a global team responsible for providing the infrastructure and operations to ensure Intel can operate efficiently while remaining trade compliant. Within Intel's ever evolving and complex trade and business environment, this team is responsible for performing compliance checks across our business as efficiently as possible, while following applicable procedures and meeting service level agreements. The responsibilities of this internship will be focused on international trade operations essential for conducting export and import activities. We are seeking a talented candidate for this role who demonstrates the relevant expertise and is considering a career at Intel and/or International Trade.

      Specific activities will include:

      • Processing transactions in SAP's trade module, Global Trade Services (GTS)
      • Export control classification
      • License and End-User certification support
      • Customs tariff classification
      • Import procedures support
      • Working with internal and external partners to understand technical product details

      Qualifications:

      You should have a student status throughout the entire internship (24 months).

      • Ability to meet critical deadlines and adapt to changes
      • Ability to positively engage stakeholders
      • Being a self-starter
      • Ability to work within an international team based in different geographical locations
      • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
      • Studying university degree in a field related to international trade, economics, operations management, computer science, business, analytics, data science


      Experience:

      • Proficiency and experience in using Microsoft Office is desired
      • Knowledge of export licensing and/or customs operations is an advantage but not a prerequisite
      • Experience in working with ERP systems is preferable but not a prerequisite

      Work Model for this Role

      This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
